[Now that he's free, he's taken to the piano again. This time to soothe his ears from the torture that Redd put him through. He sings softly, but still loud enough to be heard over the network. You should all feel privileged.
There's a chance he has an ulterior motive with this particular song. He knows the effect it has on Christine. And he may very well be counting on it.]

[voice]
Alright. I will be there in just a moment. [Takes her just a few minutes to get there, she had already been dressed. She taps lightly on the doorframe of the library, looking around.]
Ah...sir?
[Commentlog]
Sing.
[Commentlog]
Well this is...kind of creepy. She obliges though -- he's the only one in her audience, so she isn't as nervous. She takes a deep breath, and begins to sing.
Her voice is strong and powerful even though she hasn't had any professional training. It's as clear as a bell as she varies her pitch until she ends with a pure vibrato.]
[Commentlog]
Good, good. You have strong vocals. A decent range. I am impressed. We shall start with scales. To see if we can increase your pitch.
[Does she realize he trains opera singers?]
[Commentlog]
Alright.
[She doesn't quite realize it, but once she does, she'll be thrilled.]
[Commentlog]
Turn around.
[Commentlog]

[Commentlog]
Do not be so stiff. It will constrict your voice.
[Commentlog]
Alright, I see. [She hums a few notes, testing his advice out.]
[Commentlog]
Much better.
[And he's gone again, hidden in the shadows.]
Please, go on.
[Commentlog]
She nods, takes a deep breath and closes her eyes, then continues.]
[Commentlog]
I will compose a bit of music for you. What room are you in?
[Commentlog]
That would be wonderful...[She smiles to herself.] Room 7243.
[Commentlog]
[If Christine won't sing on demand, then maybe he can convince Anna to.]
[Commentlog]
That would be lovely, thank you so much.
[Commentlog]
No, I must thank you. It is a delightful change from the unbearable noise I suffered.
[Commentlog]
Oh, of...of course. [Noise?] What noise do you mean?
[Commentlog]
[He pauses for a beat.]
Would you like to continue? I do not want to overburden you on your first lesson.
[Commentlog]
For...a little while, if you don't mind. Maybe just a few minutes...?
[Commentlog]
Very well. Continue. I will stop you when necessary.
[Commentlog]
[She takes a few breaths, closes her eyes, then continues on.]
[Commentlog]
You have potential, Anna. I am pleased with the progress you have made.
[When Anna receives her sheet music, she will likely find with it a single red rose with a black ribbon tied around it.]
Were this the Opera Populaire, I might have consider you an understudy for Christine.
[Commentlog]
Thank you.
[She doesn't know Christine, but she has a feeling it's a compliment. And she'll bne very happy with her flower.]
